Appointments

PLease note that late surgery appointments from 6.30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays will cease after 30th June 2019. This is because the government has withdrawn funding for these late appointments. 

Monday: 08:36 - 11:24; evening telephone & urgent only

Tuesday: 08:36 - 11:24 & 16:06 - 18:30 

Wednesday: 08:36 - 11:24; evening telephone & urgent only

Thursday: 08:36 - 11:24 & 16:06 - 18:30 

Friday: 08:36 - 11:24; evening telephone & urgent only

Our aim is to try and see everyone within 2 working days and urgent cases the same day.  Single appointments can be made by telephone, in person or on line.  Double appointments or telephone consultations are available and can be booked via reception.  To ensure you obtain an appropriate appointment slot with the correct member of staff, it may be necessary for the receptionist to ask you about reason for the appointment you are requesting.

Telephone Advice

The receptionists or dispensers may be able to help with general advice.  If you wish to speak to your GP, reception staff may be able to put you through.  If not, they will offer to put you on the GP’s list to be called.

Chaperone

If you would like a member of staff to act as a chaperone during your appointment please arrange this at the time of booking the appointment. Such requests are welcome but may limit possible appointment times. Read our full policy: Chaperone policy

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
