Dispensary

As a dispensing practice, if you live 1.6 km or more (as the crow flies) from a chemist, we are able to provide any drugs prescribed by your GP before you leave the surgery.  Identification may be requested when collecting prescriptions. Prescriptions (and other fees) can be paid in cash, by credit card or by cheque, but a cheque guarantee card may be required.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication may be asked to see a doctor or other member of the team at least once a year for monitoring and/or review of these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. If you decline nationally recommended monnitoring then your medication is likely to be discontinued.

Please ensure, if asked, that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
