ACES is a free service available to all patients registered with a Somerset GP. The service provides patients experiencing recently occurring medical eye conditions with appropriate treatment closer to home. Patients registered with a GP in Somerset can now can self-refer into the Bleeding After Menopause Service, which means you do not have to go to your GP in the first instance.  There are two different ways to refer into the service.  The form can be completed online or over the telephone.  The form takes approximately 20 minutes to complete and you will need a list of any medications you are on
